Privacy policy

Visiblio is a product by Orqen ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use visiblio.si and the Visiblio app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Free check: the website address you enter, the public content of that website, and a one-way hash of your IP address so we can limit free checks to 3 a day. If you give us your email, we keep it to send your report.
- Your account: your name, work email, website address, and the business details you add during setup, such as your trade, towns served and opening hours.
- Your website and search data: the pages of your website, the changes Visiblio makes and their previous versions (so you can undo them), and, when you give us access, your Google Search Console data such as impressions, clicks and search terms.
- AI visibility data: the questions we ask AI assistants for you and the answers they give.
- Payments: handled by Polar. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your subscription status and invoices.
- Connection keys: keys you give us to connect your website (for example a WordPress key or a Cloudflare token). We store them encrypted and use them only to make the changes you have asked for.
How we use it
- To run the service: audit and fix your website, write pages for your approval, track where you appear on Google and in AI answers, and send your weekly report.
- To bill you and keep your account secure.
- To answer your questions and tell you about important changes to the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Who helps us run Visiblio
We use trusted providers to host and run the service. Each one only receives what it needs for its job:
- Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, stored in the EU), Polar (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (security and, if you choose it, your website connection).
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity (to ask AI assistants your customers' questions and to draft pages), and DataForSEO (Google ranking data).
Some of these providers process data outside the EU. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed to keep you logged in to the app. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your subscription is active. After you cancel, we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, unless we must keep something longer for tax or legal reasons. Free check records are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@visiblio.si and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
