Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Orqen ("we", "us"), the company behind Visiblio. By starting a subscription or using the Visiblio app you agree to them.

What Visiblio does

Visiblio is an AI agent that works on your website's visibility in Google and AI search. Each week it checks your site, makes improvements, tracks where you appear, and sends you a report. Each week it drafts a new page or an improved version of a weak one for your approval. It also suggests opportunities, with messages for you to send yourself.

No guaranteed results

Search engines and AI assistants decide their own results, and those results change. We do the work that gives you the best chance of being found and recommended, and we show you exactly what we did and what changed. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, traffic or AI recommendation.

Your plan and payment

• Visiblio costs $99 a month for each website, billed monthly in advance by Polar. Taxes may be added where required.
• There is no contract. You can cancel any time from your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
• If you are not happy in your first 14 days, write to us and we will refund your first payment in full.
• If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know. If it still fails, we may pause the service until it is paid.

Your website and your content

• You confirm that you own the website you connect, or have permission to let us change it.
• Every change Visiblio makes is logged and can be undone from your dashboard. Visiblio never deletes your pages.
• You are responsible for checking pages before you approve them. If you turn on auto-publish, you are responsible for what is published.
• You keep ownership of your website and of the pages we write for you.
• Visiblio may pause changes if it sees an unexpected drop in your traffic, until you have had a look.

Fair use

Do not use Visiblio to break the law, to publish misleading or harmful content, or to change websites you do not control. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Visiblio running well and your website safe. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. You can stop using Visiblio at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and refund any unused part of a month you have paid for.
