Refund and cancellation policy

Visiblio is a product by Orqen, run by an individual trader (not yet incorporated). Contact: hello@visiblio.si.

The plan

Visiblio is a monthly subscription: $99 a month for each website, paid in advance. Payments are handled by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid back through Polar to the card or method you used.

14-day money-back guarantee

• If you are not happy, email hello@visiblio.si within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full. No forms and no long explanations needed.
• This applies to your first payment for each website.
• Refunds are usually issued within 5 working days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancelling

• You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Profile, then Plan and billing) or by emailing hello@visiblio.si.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. You are not charged again.
• After the first 14 days we do not refund part of a month, except where the law requires it or if we end the service ourselves.
• Every change Visiblio made stays in your history until your plan ends, and can be undone before you leave.

Charged by mistake?

If you see a charge you do not recognise, or you were charged after cancelling, email hello@visiblio.si and we will sort it out quickly, including a refund where we got it wrong. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
